Editorial policy
Software operations guidance must not invent evidence or certainty.
We publish practical educational controls and state what they cannot establish.
Original guidance
Guides and tools describe software service-operations patterns. They do not imply that a named provider, vendor, product, nonprofit, funder, system, or method produced a claimed result.
No fabricated proof
We do not fabricate incidents, tickets, interviews, tests, benchmarks, customer results, savings, certifications, security findings, quotes, prices, partnerships, system access, or managed-service experience.
Maintenance and corrections
We revise a resource when an error, unclear instruction, broken path, changed commercial relationship, or material scope issue could mislead a reader. Corrections use the public corrections process when connected.
Reader responsibility
The nonprofit remains responsible for its contracts, service boundaries, records, access, privacy, security, accessibility, grants, finances, employment, continuity, mission impact, and final decisions.
