2. Inventory price changes, license fit, contract dates, vendor commitments, integrations, exports, retention, and transition limits.
3. Choose renew, right-size, improve, replace, or retire with an accountable owner and decision date.
4. Keep export, documentation, access, continuity, and exit steps current even when renewal is likely.
